OK, I have never caught on fire here. Or been robbed. While the former would likely fall upon my shoulders, the latter, well, let's just say single women might want to find another locale to fill up at night.
Pros:
1) Gas is cheaper than most places...except about a block away is a Fuelman location, which is always around 3-4 cents cheaper. Though there's nobody to help you there. Not that it matters (see Cons)
2) They have regular convenience store stuff (drinks, food, lotto, smokes)
Cons (literally?):
1) Some sketchy characters are almost always hanging around here, especially during those summer nights.
2) There's not really a store. It's one of those things where the clerk is in his bulletproof glass box. And if you want to buy something like a soda, he puts it through a slot thingie. Like an old school bank drive thru.
3) If there's a problem running your credit card at the pump and attempt to ask them for help, they pull the PopCopy routine (if you have Visa, they only take MasterCard, if you have MasterCard, they only take AmEx, if you have that, then the credit card machine isn't working) read more
