But, make no mistake, Jerry also has a wealth of knowledge on fabrics, quilting, troubleshooting and repairing your sewing machines and much more. Quilted Expressions offers everything you may need to successfully complete your sewing endeavo They offer classes held by instructors who are not only well versed in their teaching, but literally will walk you through every stage of your project. These classes are held for a nominal fee that is both reasonably priced and creatively stimulating. Quilted Expressions carries a variety of beautiful fabrics that are designed by the most notable lines in the business. Your choices are as diverse as those who come into the shop and the employees are more than happy to help you choose exactly what you need or your next creative project. One of the best things I have experienced at Quilted Expressions is that it is not just a fabric store, or a quilting shop, or a sewing machine repair establishment. It is one of the best learning places I have had the pleasure of sewing at. I've met some of the friendliness people whose lives are a wealth of knowledge ready to share with those who enter the doors. It matters not if you are a professional sewer, highly skilled sewer, or the novice who simply wants to tackle their first quilting experience. You are met by people who give of themselves to walk you through a task or simply assist you with the materials, beautiful fabrics, and all the other tools you may need to successfully complete that special project. I invite you to to come by Quilted Expressions and see for yourself just how inviting and welcoming their staff and product lines are. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot believe Stihl authorizes these people to service their equipment. Maybe Stihl does not…read moreknow how they treat people and their equipment. Well, they will very soon. My mother-in-law took her Stihl blower in to have the primer bulb replaced. That was all it needed. That was all she wanted done. What they did to her blower was criminal. Not only did they not replace the primer bulb as she had ask, they broke the throttle lever off the carburetor when they dis-assembled it. Why they dis-assembled her blower to replace an easily accessible primer bulb is beyond any conceivable explanation or understanding. When she went in to pick up her blower after being told it was ready, she was handed a bag of parts, and a bill for fifty some dollars. They had the nerve to tell her (after they broke the carburetor) it needed a new carburetor, and it was going to cost as much to repair the blower as it would be to purchase a new one. Then they charged her fifty some dollars for their "fine" service. All it needed was a primer bulb! You can see in the attached photo the condition in which they returned her blower. If legible, the broken throttle lever pieces are circled in the photo. Unbelievable!!! Had this happened to me, these people would be in court making reparations for the damage they caused. This is truly criminal taking advantage of a person in this manner. If I heard one day someone burned them out, I just might have to smile.

This was going to mark the fourth time I had visited Indian Rock Tactical. The previous times the…read moreexperience had been a mixed bag. My first visit was the day before they first opened--I had no idea the store wasn't yet open but the door was open, so I went in. I was immediately and rudely told that they weren't open until tomorrow. I fully understand a business getting ready to open its doors for the first time and not wanting customers milling about yet, but no need to be obnoxious. That was a portent of things to come. On my 2nd and 3rd visits, both times the staff was dismissive. Not rude, they just didn't give a damn about customers, myself included. Both of these times, some friend of the store or an employee had come in and the remaining employees gathered around to hear the latest tales, everyone else became irrelevant. I actually like the shop but the customer support leaves much to be desired. Then there was today. I pulled up at 9:40, pleased to see their large folding OPEN sign out on the street. As I went to the door, an employee was going in. He said that the store doesn't open until 10:00. I inquired about the big open sign at the street and just rudely repeated that the store doesn't open until 10:00-- no apology, no explanation, no interest in customer support. Now I was not expecting to be given early access to the store but seriously, how about a slight bit of contrition for the screw up? How about "Hey, I am really sorry about that. Let me get the lights on and the store ready and I will be open shortly." Is that really to much to all? With IR Tactical it repeatedly seems so. I suppose that is my major beef with IR Tactical. They just seem utterly indifferent to their customers. I tend to buy a lot of prep stuff and like getting to know who I do business with because relationships are important to me. Sadly, not for IR Tactical. I will take my hard earned money to a supplier that cares about my business. I like to support local B&M stores, even paying a bit more to keep them going. But, as for this place, I won't be back.
