They came out same day I called, looked over everything thoroughly and even walked me through the process of having my electric sevice disconnected prior to the tree work. They also noticed some overhanging limbs in other parts of my acre which needed work (I was putting that off), and included it in my very reasonable estimate. Day of the work, they arrived promptly on time, worked straight through, and cleaned up afterwards. They followed up on work we had previously discussed to the letter without having to remind them of anything. No apologies are necessary for not having a new truck, as long as it gets you where you need to be. When we hire someone that promises to complete a project in a timely manner and with quality that is what we expect. You promised you would provide timely updates when we spoke during the first week. Well weeks later, and as soon as our checks were cashed we stopped being able to reach you by phone. Your tools are still in the front yard, which, per our last phone message to you, we inform you they will be donated to Habit for Humanity if not collected today. (It is a curious thing how a landscaper could do without all these tools if they were busy working....) In any situation a person must communicate or the other party will naturally make assumptions. Our neighbors, incidentally were the ones to suggest that they have heard less than positive things about your business, which is what led us to do a little research.
