Chris, That is…read moredemonstratively not the reason your crew stopped coming to my property. As I said in my original post, Luxe "just stopped showing up." It had been a month since you serviced my property without even the courtesy of a phone call. Your accounting will show this. Obviously, when the grass was at my knees, I had to hire someone else. It was only then that I cancelled. You are correct that there was no other communication from me. As the customer, I shouldn't have to chase you or beg for service.

I contracted with Chris and Luxe Landscapes to replace sod in our front yard, trim/shape an oak tree and deliver some landscape stone. Great work. Great company. Fair price.

Want a beautiful lawn? Want grass?…read moreWe have been in our home for five years and for more than four years I've been trying to get a greener, more full and healthier, Lawn, especially where there were big areas of no Lawn at all. I tried 1 national company, I tried 2 local companies, and I tried some patchwork on my own. Nothing worked. Nobody succeeded. That was until I heard about Marino's, Lawn Service and hydroseeding. I gave them a call & had a very pleasant conversation with Trish and decided to have them come out and take a look at things. I felt very comfortable and confident after our visit and decided to give Marino's a try. I am so happy that I did. Six months later, I am proud of my lawn. That's because I now have a lawn! I wish I had "before and after" pictures to share, but I was too embarrassed of how my lawn looked that I never took any pictures. Give them a call if you've had lawn problems that you have not been able to solve. The call is free and so is their visit. You will not be sorry! Marino's Lawn & Hydroseeding 352-901-5133 Bob

He did not show Aug 26 and no response to numerous phone calls by us attempting to re-establish a start date. We terminated his service by registered letter on Sep 22 and requested a refund. Still no reply. We are therefore forced to take this matter up with FL State under well established fraudulent statutes. We are also seeking retribution within the small claims court. Here's hoping all seeking lawn service find these reviews first. Avoid Tom Handlon and the Southern Style Lawn Care in Marion and Crystal counties.

I was one of Tom's first customers but loyalty will get you no where with this company…read more I live off of a very busy road and always try to keep my yard decent looking. It was like my yard is now an after thought. Tom would always promise to come and do my yard and trim the shrubs but never seem to have the time for a loyal customer. Today my new lawn guy found where Tom had been dumping all of his grass cuttings from his mower. Tom was dumping them near the back side of my house. Good luck everyone!! Tom starts off doing what he says but will end-up leaving you stuck and your yard looking like crap. I don't ever leave reviews so this should tell everyone how bad Tom is!! I would get someone else because in the end you will end-up having too. Don't use this company!!

Where do I even begin with this Raving Review? I will begin with the President of Perfect Cut Lawn…read more& Tree Care, Mr. James Elder. I have lived in Citrus County for 23 years and I have had quite a few large corporate lawn companies in those 23 years and not one can compare whatsoever to James. My home is built up on an elevation so my property is not easy to maneuver up on a hill with a commercial lawn mower but James does it with a breeze, easy like Sunday morning:) I first met James 5 years ago when he came to my home to give me an estimate on maintaining my property. He said it will be challenging, but after a few cuts and learning what I like, he told me it will be nothing short of the best and 5 years later he has delivered on that promise every single cut from day one. I have St. Augustine grass which is high maintenance with water, fertilizer and requires an excellent experienced landscaper of grass. My grass always looks like a thick gorgeous perfect rug of endless greenery with not a blade of grass missed. James never scalps the grass and knows exactly the height limit to cut the St. Augustine at throughout the seasons of the year. Every so many cuts, James will cut my grass in the front yard in a diamond pattern like you see on a football field. It looks so cool! I never seen anyone use a straight line instead of an edger all the way around my rock border, around my flower beds and where the grass meets the street so sharp, so tight, so crisp and so flawlessly clean. I can't brag enough about the pride, the precise detail and the time James takes when he is cutting my grass around my entire property. I also can't tell you the amount of endless compliments from neighbors who walk and drive by, the amount of strangers who drive by and stop to tell me how absolutely gorgeous my grass looks. If I had to guess, I would say several hundred compliments over the years. I have never loved my grass so much lol and I have never stared at it and admired the beauty like I do since James took over. James mastered his craft and turns every cut into a work art. This trade can't be done by just anyone, the person must be a perfectionist. His son Brady, has been his right hand during his high school years and there after. Brady learned from his father and assisted him countless times with my property. Brady was so good that sometimes I could not tell if it was James by himself or his son, he was that good:) No surprise there! James and Brady are always professional, very kind and a pleasure to do business with. I have never texted any business before just to say thank you over and over again showing my gratitude like I have done and continue to do with James all these years. I do not write reviews often as it must be critically earned to put my stamp of approval on a company as I have written here today and should have long ago. James earned this review and he deserves the recognition in Citrus County. Not many business names match the work ethics provided but I will tell you that his business name matches exactly what James provides consistently and that is a Perfect Cut. He is a 10 out of 10 and I highly endorse and recommend Perfect Cut Lawn & Tree Care for All your lawn and landscape needs!
