Dusty's Tree Service is extremely efficient and coordinated when they do their tree work…read more We have had them out on two occasions- first in March 2024 to remove a tree that was diseased, and again in December 2024 to remove several deadheads and a few impacted by the hurricanes. They arrived with trucks, a large lift, a mega claw capable of grasping large stacks of 2-ft rounds, and a stump grinder. The coordination in taking down a tree next to a fenceline, using ropes to expertly guide a branch or section to the ground safely was simply poetry in motion. Not a wasted movement. They ground the stumps into dust, raked and removed all the debris, and left the property cleaner than they found it. Dusty is obviously a highy educated arborist, even took time to walk the property with us, identifying each tree and bush with a detailed description of how they grow, prunings to prolong its' life, and expected life spans. My experience was extremely…read moredisappointing, and I felt that Ricardo was very dishonest about the price and what he promised to complete. Our agreement was $3,000 for one full day of work. Ricardo specifically told me that within that one day he would completely remove the tree, along with completing several other jobs around my property. Based on that representation, I agreed to the $3,000 price. At the end of the day, the tree was not fully removed. Ricardo then told me that finishing the tree would require another full day at another $3,000--essentially doubling the price from what I had been led to expect. He also left debris behind that he had told me he would remove. When I called and asked him to return and pick up the debris, he told me he was already done for the day and would not come back unless I agreed to give him the additional work. At that point, I told him he was no longer welcome back on my property. If I had been told from the beginning that completing the tree could cost $6,000 instead of the $3,000 I was quoted for the day's promised work, I would have made a different decision. Based on my experience, I found the entire situation unprofessional, misleading, and very disappointing. When a business owner gives a customer a price and specifically says what will be accomplished for that price, I expect them to honor their word. I would not use Climb Tree Family again and cannot recommend Ricardo or his company.

Although the person I spoke with was not the people/company I thought they were. The A&D representative I spoke to on the phone said they could do the work and would come and give us an estimate without charge. Fortunately A&D could remove our tree the following week for less than the other companies estimated/bid for the work. Not only was A&D professional, experienced and knew what they were doing but they came with the proper equipment and removed the tree and cleanup within 2 1/2 hours. The workers were very careful and hard workers. they took pride in what they were doing. They took care of all our needs and then some. They cleaned up very well and stacked all the cut up trees beside the road for pickup. The hurricane helene did alot of damage but you would never know after they were done. I almost in shock at how good this company is. Dewane, the manager, actually is more than a…read moremanager and does some of the services himself. He's a super nice guy to work with and keeps his promises. When he was spreading the herbicides, he noticed my sprinkler donuts needed to be cleaned out and he said he'd have his guys do it. Also, every company always says "water your lawn" after fertilzation, pest spraying, or whatever. Dewane actually followed up and asked me if I knew how to manually set my irrigation system (I didn't), so he set it for me and all I had to do was push a button at the appropriate time later that afternoon. His crew was out a day or two later to trim my extremely overgrown shrubs and privacy (meaning very tall) tree shrubs behind the lanai, and weed everywhere. Everything looks fantastic, they did a great job. The day after that, Dewane came back with his crew to clean out the donuts and even fixed a broken sprinkler head. I cannot rave enough about these guys. If you're tired of maintaining things yourself or are just looking for a new service provider, I highly recommend these guys.
