We have been landlords for many years, and we have learned that the key to selling a home is to find the best realtor in the area. We live in San Diego, and we didn't know anyone in the Hemet-San Jacinto area, so we did what we always do when out-of-town: consult Yelp! Denise has excellent reviews, of course; we read every one. We first phoned Denise on New Years Eve and made an appointment to walk through the property with her. She immediately sent us a market analysis of comps to help with pricing. When we met Denise at the house, we were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Having rented the home for years, we were uncertain as to what upgrades or repairs might be needed, so we really appreciated having her point out what needed attention and what didn't. It did need a little cleaning; we asked if she knew anyone we could call. She arranged the carpet cleaning for us, and she cleaned some special items herself!
