And promised to come back in a couple of days when we wouldn't be paying holiday per hour fees. He came out and checked it over and decided he needed to order a part. He came to put that part in, but did some more checking, and realized the part was not needed, but we still had a short somewhere. Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. Upon calling it was considered an unforeseen risk and that we would still be responsible. Bjorn was particularly angry and not willing to listen to my concerns. I offered covering the labor and splitting the restocking fee but was mocked as "wholesale wouldn't do that for us". This completely shattered my trust in Bjorn as he seemed to be more worried about the money than the customer.
