I highly recommend Meier and Marsh Physical Therapy, who have help 3 times over the past 6 years,…read morewith the first 4-month therapy track back in 2019 after an auto accident. The second time was in 2022, when I had lower and upper back problems and the third, most recent from Jan-Mar 2025, when my doctor diagnosed me having lower back and upper leg pain, after losing over 70 lbs. during my treatments for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma with Chemotherapy and loss of muscle mass in the process. So, over this last treatment period at Meier & Marsh, Jan-Mar 2025, I regained most of my strength back in my lower back and leg muscles. They taught me how to exercise that made the difference in getting back too living with most of the pain gone. I am still doing the home exercises and every day I see more and more of a difference, and I am getting stronger and stronger. I cannot say enough about the great professional staff, at the Northpoint office in Tooele that include, Kyle, Troy, Hayley, Haley, Maya, Becca, Elaina, Kaleigh and Randi. You made a difference in my life "AGAIN" and I will always be grateful. Thank-You very much Kyle and Troy for hearing my story and setting the treatment path and to your staff for making me do the work. I will always be grateful to all you guys. Whenever I need your help, you are my go-to Physical Therapy people for treatment. By the way, I loved those daily quotes you had on your board to share with your patients every day! Thank-You All! He was kind enough to set aside some time for me in his busy schedule. He assessed the situation and explained in a very relatable way what was going on in my spine. He showed me some simple exercises that I could do everyday to correct the source of the pain. I have found in many healing modalities a tendency for practitioners to create a reliance on themselves so the patient will keep coming back. Troy is not like this at all. He does NOT make pain out to be an insurmountable battle that only he can help you with. Though I only saw him the once, I got the impression that he and the staff there were more like a knowledgeable and compassionate support crew ready and willing to help you get back into alignment. I can't tell you what practitioner is right for you in your own journey, but I can tell you, if you are reading this to try and decide if you should go here or not, that my experience of this business was one of kindness and a caring presence. It was non-threatening, noninvasive and very helpful. I've been doing the exercises everyday and they are helping and I am grateful.

The social work staff particularly Imelda do not seem genuinely invested in their patients treatments. They are horrifically understaffed leaving call lights going for hours at some points with the level of care from the CNAs ranging from amazing and loving to half baked care and just frank shortness and attitude. A lot of the people there seem so annoyed just doing their jobs the superstars that carry the whole place like the few good nurses like Melissa and the few good CNAs are spread too thin and even the staff have told me personally how much they hate working there and how bad even the work environment is. The food is so awful me and my 93 year old roommate barely ate anything and he told me right away coming in how bad the food was. If you want to do outpatient physical therapy here then definitely do it but I recommend highly scrutinizing all your options before deciding to stay here for a long time or put your loved one here.
