He turned it back on and my tenants shower began working again. So Jeff when fixing my initial issue had turned off some valve and didn't turn it back on. Jeff had wanted to cut a whole into my tenants shower knob to replace a component. For those who don't know, that would've been an extremely expensive job that still would not have fixed the issue. So Jeff himself caused the problem because he simply didn't turn back on a valve. So I got charged 175 for no work done, had to hire a plumber and pay him to turn on a valve that Jeff forgot to turn back on. Good luck getting a refund from him. 0 stars

Jon talked me through the process, ordered the canopies, chain, and bulbs, and then re-wired them with clear, fixture cords. He was very careful about the crystals on the fixtures, my antique ceiling medallions, and his ladder on my hardwood floors and walls. He brought his own drop cloths, was very polite & quiet about working while I was on conference calls in the next room, and even brought his own wet wipes to clean fingerprints from the fixtures.
