The tires took only about a hour to replace and I paid and only noticed the amount due on receipt. On my way home, I looked at the receipt again and noticed that the words - Tiger Paw- were on the receipt and not Cooper, the brand that Craig and I had discussed on the phone the day before. I immediately called him and asked what happened. His excuse was - "I've never heard of Cooper Tires and I have no idea where I would even buy them." After over 10 years of going to Cresswell Auto Repair, I am done. I tell everyone about how honest he is and in reality he is a liar. I will never go back there. He deceived me and sold me tires that I did not ask for, after assuring that he would have the Cooper ones the next day.
