They were recommended by our insurance, so we hired them. They came by right away to eliminate mold. The mold growth was ridiculous; it spread all over the walls in the water heater closet/room overnight and the walls had to be replaced. They did such a great job on the basement and it looked like it had never happened. Then, it flooded AGAIN and the situation was different, which resulted in ripping out the carpet and breaking up the cement to replace all the pipes. I decided that it was our opportunity to upgrade everything and they were extremely helpful and flexible as I kept going back and forth with decisions. They work really well with other companies which made the process much easier. For instance, I needed a hygienist to come by to test for mold in my basement and they coordinated with another company to do that. I did not have to lift a finger. Anyways, I am SO pleased with my brand new basement! I highly recommend them, especially Mike (he was the one who did majority of restoration and upgrades). These two professional and motivated young men worked tirelessly under the worst conditions and did a beautiful job.
