He was early to the house in question and didn't mind my wife and I as clients poking around with him. All my questions were answered as he probed old wood and climbed over the roof. There wasn't a space he neglected nor did he walk in with an "it's fine" attitude. If I could sum Wasden Property Inspection up in one word: meticulous! The customer service was so good that when we got the report that day, which was detailed and full of pictures, it felt like a review because Steve had already gone over it in detail when he was inspecting. Last, you know what you are getting up front and Steve makes no allusions as what he can and can't do. You get a contract and you get what you pay for: he is the only inspector that puts in 3.5 to 4 hours (I think ours was 4.5 hours) compared to his competition at 1 -1.5 hours.
