Claimed to do it all and for $230 to clean an oven you would hope so. First attempt simply removed parts and put in industrial cleaner machine they have in van, pretty much nothing else. The oven was given to us second hand and we left it outside to make cleaning and access easier, but basic cleaning that you would do yourself daily or weekly wasn't done. Nothing was wiped over so the inside had filthy residue left over. The seal hadn't been touched. The knobs weren't cleaned/wiped over or cleaned behind. Forgot to even look at the bottom part of the oven. Called and complained and wanted finished properly. Second attempt better, but still not wiped over. The fine cleaning of getting into the cracks and seal still needs to be done, there is white residue and powder left around and at the bottom of the burners and still black stuff around the fittings, which can come off with nothing more than a damp cloth after lots of rubbing. Money would have been better spent buying industrial cleaners ourselves and maybe one of those pressure cleaners as we still have to do most of the cleaning ourselves. They claim it will come up as good as new, but for us they have only got us half way. read more
