While I came here today with my 3 year old, this is definitely a spot I can (and will) come back to explore solo with an iced coffee in hand so I can take my sweet time to really take in all the nooks and crannies of this market. What made things worse was the manager/management response -- when concerns about poor customer satisfaction were raised, management simply brushed them off by saying "that's your opinion" and made no real effort to fix the issues or offer proper solutions. There is no accountability, no follow-through, and no concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, poor quality furniture, poor service, and poor management. I am extremely disappointed with the store's return policy in returning a defective product…read more I purchased a rug that began falling apart almost immediately under normal household use. It shed fibers everywhere, and the fibers pulled out after routine vacuuming. I returned the rug within the stated return window and had my original receipt. After inspecting it, the store manager acknowledged that the rug appeared to be defective, yet I was still told that the store could not issue a refund. To make matters worse, this rug was extremely large and very heavy. I had to drag it into the store myself, and I was caught in the rain while bringing it inside. Instead of showing understanding, the manager complained that the rug was wet while I too was standing there dripping and explained it was raining outside. That interaction made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. A customer who returns a defective product with a valid receipt, within the published return window, should not have to struggle physically to bring the item back only to be denied a refund after the defect is acknowledged. Standing behind defective merchandise is a basic part of good customer service. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in shopping here. I hope the company reevaluates its policy and gives store managers the authority to resolve situations involving defective products fairly.

He was always there when we had a question. After our furniture was delivered we realized we were thinking our living room was bigger than we thought so I texted Ed and he arranged an exchange of a couch for a loveseat and had it here before our family came to see the new house. All the sales people were very helpful but Ed is your man when you need new furniture. In all my years of buying furniture, Woodstock Furniture Outlet has been the best in price and customer service. My last time in the store I picked up a couple nice semi flush interior light fixtures and cannot be happier with them.
