Be careful with this guy" My response to owner: I uploaded the short text conversation I had with this "business". If the owner thought I was a scammer, surely that was cleared up after my second text when I tried to clarify if I had the right number. But he never responded, and just slandered me online instead. The reason I asked for his email was that I wanted to send him our floor plan so he could give us a quote. I ended up going with another company, and this guy missed out on a 10k+ project because he can't communicate.

They said they would do some reseach and get back to me in a few days. I called them after a week of waiting and they were still researching and would call me back the next day. This went on for 2 months. After the initial call they never called me back. Finally after me calling them weekly they came again to look at the floor with a representative from the manufacturer said they would see what they could do for me and call me in a few days. That was in December and I haven't heard from them.

He is a crook and I would have to say if the ex is part of it she is too. Crap work. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
