I feel my pricing was good and I didn't have to worry about adding on "extra" services, as everything was included in the price given to me - EVERYTHING. My installation was scheduled at my convenience and the step-by-step process went exactly as I was told it would by my sales rep and in my contract. As far as my installers, they arrived as promised within the time frame I was given so I was able to plan my day. They confirmed my work order, product, and the installation before beginning. They were courteous and professional. We discussed the furniture that had to be moved and they began a flawless and expert carpet installation job. I had my living room, dining room, and hallway carpet installed and they worked quickly and efficiently. When the installation was complete they vacuumed all areas and replaced all the furniture exactly as it needed to be. The overall installation was beautifully done, my seams are undetectable, and they did not leave behind any debris or materials from the job. They exhibited pride in their work and maintained a courteous and professional manner the entire time they were in my home. I received my Certificate of Completion, which included the website information for my warranty on labor and materials, as well as a wealth of information on how to maintain and care for my new carpet. After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors.
