What makes this business great is his daughter handled most of the business side of the operations she was extremely quick with sending over the quote and scheduling a date for install. I was kept in the loop the entire time as I received a phone call a few days before the install to confirm everything was ready. The install company which they used also did amazing job asking if they can arrive early. During the install this exceptional team took care and quality of the The install taking off the doors and ensuring all of the seams were blended perfectly. We also had great conversation with the install group as they were friendly courteous and highly skilled as a professional I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality install at great prices. I returned with the samples and we went over the numbers for an estimate. For the excellent quality of the hardwood flooring I chose, I was very pleased with the price, which included installation. Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor. Dino is currently managing Gunn Flooring and clearly is not living the legacy his father put into place. It took months to finally get the project done after dozens of calls and texts that went unanswered. The only way I think we finally got the work done is by calling and texting his father who has much better customer service. His voicemail is almost always full and even if you can leave a message he won't call you back. Texts also go unanswered unless it's something he is needed/asking. Our stairs were left bare for months as we waited for carpet to come in. Then when it finally did, it was the wrong size. We waited again with no updates and finally someone took sometime to track things down. They seems too busy with their big jobs at the Phillip Morris plant to worry about residential business. We had just purchased the home and all of the excitement of a new house was deflated as we waited and waited for the job to be done. The real error could be on our side since the job was paid for before it was finished. We still have a piece of trim that needs to be replaced on our steps but I'm sure we will never hear from them again. They do great work when they actually have time for you.
