I spoke with Rob by phone ahead of time....ok, like, I spoke with him August 2022, but never got around to bringing my malfunctioning hedger in. In Jan 2023, I called Rob again and he said, "Bring it in." He explained all of the paperwork I would need in the event the damage was covered under warranty. I got there after the first of the new year 2023, he explained that AOP would call me within 7 days. They called me back in about four days, said what the problem was, it was not covered under warranty, and would cost $17 to fix. I gave them the authorization and picked it up the following week. During my first trip to this side of town, I asked Rob about any Mom and Pop restaurants that I could visit while there and that I love me some BBQ. He recommended SMOKEY MO located at 2650 N 1st St 85719. So I headed over there, grabbed me a TO-GO moist brisket plate and headed home. It was so great, I returned for more Smokey Mo's when I came back to AOP to pick up my repaired hedger! So thrilled with AOP; highly recommend the trip across town to drop off your mowers, hedgers, weed-wackers, etc. He sell LOTS of products in the store as well! And stop in at Smokey Mo while you are at it (opens at 11 am).
