Your restaurant is a wonderful exception the salmon with blue corn, grits and fennel cream, complemented the fish perfectly. The juicy smoked pit beef sandwich was also excellent, and the prices were very reasonable to top it off. The hot fudge brownie dessert portion was huge and the brownie itself was incredibly fudgy and moist. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

My husband isn't going to shut up about that pie for a week - he said he reserves the right to talk about it longer because it was so good. Then, you'll wait for 30 minutes without her checking on you or bringing menus. Eventually we grabbed our own menus and had the dishwasher grab us two waters. No one checked on us for a very, very long time. We finally got to order our food around 6:58 after arriving at 6:02. We received our food at 7:19 and our tacos had the soggiest tortillas, they were falling apart and we had to just eat the ingredients on the inside with a fork. All of our other dishes were cold & not very flavorful. The server never ONCE checked on us or refilled our waters (that she didn't bring us in the first place). There were three women working the front of house and the main server continuously yelled at and scolded one of the other servers and at one point raised her voice at her and said "we will talk about this later!! You're being so rude!" It made for a VERY uncomfortable experience for everyone around. Every single table that came in after us not only received drinks, attention, menus, etc., but they ALL ordered and received their food before us. Like, nearly 30 minutes before us. It was an absolute horrible experience. I've worked in food service before & have eaten at many establishments where service wasn't quite up to par but this really topped all of them. I've never had an experience like this before. I'd also like to mention that the establishment was incredibly hot as well. Just an overall horrible experience. Almost two hours later, we were able to leave, after having to wait 15 minutes to pay after we were done eating.

Seniors were on the opposite end talking about politics, fishing, life, etc. The menu was plain and simple; diner food. I ordered the bison burger my wife ordered elk burger with "all the fixins." when it arrived it was big and the hefty supply of taters and fries. Just to add, my burger was about 6.00 and my wife's was two dollars more and it was worth it. The burgers, again were thick and juicy. They were homemade. In the flat lands of Montana, where towns are few and far between, we finally came across civilization after endless miles in the country. Don't get me wrong here, there is not much to choose from in this tiny Augusta town, but we found something called chubby's diner, the name sounds like this place has lots of greasy yummy food. I had the root beer float and fish and chips. The fish and chips was decent, better than the other fast food we previously had, the batter is a little thick. The ice cream float is an ice cream float, can't mess that one up. It's a tiny place but packed so it must be well visited. They have bison meat, which one of my friends had. It has burgers and other types of diner food. Not complaining after going past and having way too many fast food. This is somewhat of a reward.
