A man who answered the phone clearly did not want my business! He began talking down to me, when I explained I was calling for pricing on auto window tint. He said, "Could you call back when its is not OBVIOUSLY a non-business day!?" It was a big inconvenience for him to answer the phone! My family has been in sales for decades & never would've turned down a cold sales call. OBVIOUSLY this "business" does not need the sales or want any business. If you're a woman this man talks down to women, so avoid it! My husband was in the car and heard the whole exchange, he was shocked. If you didn't want to talk about business on a "non business day", just politely ask if you can call the customer back next business day. I would have no problem with that, or even leaving a VM, but sadly this "business" does want business. After that experience I will NOT be calling this business back for more rude exchanges. Customers beware & Avoid if you want true customer service!

They got me in the same day, identified the issue, worked quickly and ended charging me $400 less than they thought it was going to be because of finding a different part... didn't even accept a tip. Very honest. Also, they were very good about social distancing and wearing masks, which made me feel good. And, even offered to let me sleep in my self-contained RV in the parking lot.
