After a really chewing on the idea of getting a tattoo, I figured the best time to get one would be when coming home back to Springfield. So I called RET from across the country and let them know of my tight schedule in coming back to Springfield with the full intention of getting a tattoo from them. After some email traffic, Brian (the owner) mentioned he would squeeze me in as long as I could make the time. I drove into Springfield at 1100 and by 1300 we were discussing the design. Very simple ... the hydrogen atom. The hostess was so friendly and Brian was so gracious to take away some of his business management time to make room for me. He was extremely professional, inquisitive, and asked just the right questions to make sure the location, size, and color was my desire. During the tattoo, Brian did well at keeping me calm and engaged during the process as well. Overall, hands down 5 stars... considering 1) they adjusted their schedule to make room for me when they didn't have to, 2) professional attitude and super friendly, and 3) great facilities. If I ever go with a second tattoo, I will wait to go home and get it from them. Thanks Brian and everyone at RET.
