We politely asked several times over the course of the last eight weeks for this document, the owner Nancy Barbour kept giving excuses stating she forgot but would mail it to us the next week, and the next week, and so on. I promptly reminded her these were time sensitive documents and if she did not give us this document she would cause our children to lose their medical insurance and one of our children had medical issues and requires an upcoming surgery. She still did not mail the document. We received notice that our children's Medicaid was discontinued for neglect to turn in the document she refused to give us. When I notified her of the termination of our children's Medicaid due to her "forgetting" to give us the document we requested of her right weeks ago she showed no remorse or concern for our children's insurance loss or medical needs she threatened us and refused to cooperate. I would not recommend anyone work for the Yard Barbours they need to learn how to treat employees and their families, it's no wonder they have lost so many employees this year.

2018 was the first year using Hendrix and they exceeded my expectations. While other places I…read morecalled basically told me I either called too late to get on their liner installation schedule, or I had to have previously been a customer for them to replace my liner (difficult as I just purchased this home in 2017), Hendrix was very easy to work with, polite, and accomodating. Dwight is very busy, but he was able to work me in and get my liner and pool open by late June! I've experienced nothing but professionalism by him, his staff, and crew and highly recommend Hendrix to everyone.
