From the initial consultation to the finished product, Rob made suggestions, helped solve problems, and made everything that we needed happen. All of the men who worked with him, including the carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC guys, painters, and jack of all trades, Ronnie, were all hard workers and always polite. They cleaned up the messes made at the end of each day. Rob came in under budget and well within the time frame given for completion. He even started right on time! My dad is thrilled with his new home. We are so grateful that Rob made this happen for us. I would highly recommend Rob and his crew for any of your construction/remodeling jobs.

I talked to Schneidler Glass and they said they could keep the current frame and just replace the glass. They ordered the glass which took a week to come in and then replaced it. I dropped it off at lunch and they dropped off the fixed frame at my office since I couldn't get back to pick it up and it was supposed to rain. The cost was $112 when everyone else who wanted to replaced the whole thing was saying $200 or more. Simply put, bigger is not always better and I will not hesitate to use Schneidler Glass again if needed.

However, when I spoke with them to start the service, I had to give a detailed list of the issues. I asked what the cost of the initial visit would be, as I'd already had an offer of $150/initial visit. I was assured it was a FREE inspection and only if they needed to do work to figure out the problem would there be a charge and only after we agreed to the charge. Ok. Day of service, a young man comes late. He says he has all of my notes, but hasn't looked at them, so he wants me to tell him the problem. I do. I take him and show him the septic tank, which was part of the complaint. He takes a picture, tells me he has to call his boss because he doesn't know anything about septic systems. ??? He sits in his truck for awhile, talking to his boss. Comes in, says we need the septic pumped out before they can do anything. And they have a truck to do that but he doesn't think it's available. That'll be $98. That's it! So, I emailed the company, explained the situation. They were sorry, but explained that the initial cost will be returned if we don't use their service or applied to the work they do. Didn't I ask this very thing in advance?! So I obviously found a different company to do the work. I did get a refund check - but what a hassle. Not an upfront company.
