Our appt was 21 March 2025 between 3-5 PM. I'd forced myself to stay up, but by 6:50 PM was headed for bed. She called at that time saying she was on her way, just leaving Crothersville. I told her not to bother as I had to go to bed. We made another appointment for the following day from Noon to 3 PM. By 7 PM I finally gave up waiting on her. She didn't bother to call this time. A week went by with no contact from Tiffany, who had said she was just an employee. However, if you check her signoff on her reply to me the first part of March (a month after I'd posted my review), she lists herself as "business owner". I called her 29 March 2025 and had to leave a message for her to come inspect the damage done by Weller Roofing's negligence so I could be reimbursed. She had told me when we first talked, she had to take a look at the damage so she could file a claim. I was sent to voicemail. Again, she was avoiding the problems created by this company. It is now Tuesday, 1 April 2025 and I still have not heard from her. As I explained before, I am an elderly, disabled, recent widow with limited income. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED SAVINGS. YOU WILL ONLY BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
