Let me give the best review ever for Jeff Arthur and his professional team -…read moreWhile I actually never met him .. I hired him remotely (from California) for my mother's drive way in Indiana. I chose him because he was great with quote/ follow up/and price was very reasonable for project. It was a long old gravel road and it updated the look of the farm to look like a million bucks - (I will post photos) The reason he gets highest praise is my mother is beyond difficult to please and extremely particular about if he would do "straight lines" / her "surrounding plants/grass" "would it be thick enough/wide enough" .. and all the other questions 57 questions she asked me - He passed with flying colors- CALL this guy for your paving needs -

Considering legal action at this point! Proceed with caution. I recommend you just proceed with someone who can provide quality work. After a recommendation from HomeAdvisor, I left a message for 3 companies, and Sam was the only one who called me back. As soon as I met Sam, he impressed me with his keen observations and large knowledge of how his team could repair minor carpentry problems. I got an estimate the next day via email, and immediately hired him. Sam is an impressive young man, talks quickly and works even faster. Only the trim and shutters would be repainted, and the team was absolutely meticulous in "cutting" around windows and brick. They caulked, made many repairs that I hadn't even listed, and painted dawn to dusk and in 7 days, cleaned up and went on to their next job. The team was mostly Sam and Chris, a young man with an impressive education and extensive home remodeling experience. They were on time every day, and at 8:00 a they were at it again. They removed all my shutters, painted, then rehung them, straight this time, because the shutter installer hung them slightly crookedly. I couldn't tell, but they checked a level, replaced all the hardware, and relocated them correctly. Sam says that goes with the job, when I apologized for the extra work. And this tops it all. . . The final bill was $1000.00 less than they had quoted! I've NEVER had that happen! Sam is a fine young man with a bright future. Hire him, you will be impressed with your results!

Whether you are on a budget or want something really high end, they'll take care of you. For my last job I had the basic screen doors put in, and I love them! They have a hidden screen, so you can have it be all glass, or slide down a panel in nice weather and let the breeze in. Even though I went with the base options, they still handled the job thoroughly. Everything looks great. They are also fantastic at handling questions that might come up after. If a small issue is noticed that might need to be looked at, they are responsive and will follow up with you. I see one or two reviews mentioning service time. During certain times of the year, home improvement companies have to schedule way out. Whether it's roofs or windows or whatever. Parts have to be ordered, jobs are dependent on the weather.. ignore those. These guys are professional and first class.
