Santos sent me a total of SEVEN message in 24 hours confirming an appointment time even though I…read moretold him I was retired and would be home at a certain time in the afternoon. When he arrived in his Honda, I showed him various panels on both sides of the yard including a total of 4 gates that needed replacement. Less than SIX minutes later he walked back to his car and drove away without a single word. This is a clown show..unprofessional and NOT worthy of your time of consideration. Hire a real fence company...they often show up in a truck...they often have some type of sign on the side of said truck advertising their business...."sometimes" they present you with a business card when they arrive but regardless professionals NEVER drive off without communicating..bad joke!!!!!! ZERO stars! CONTINUATION: The same day, within 3 hours I receive the following "private reply" as follows in its entirety. I have posted BOTH responses as a warning to any potential customers as to who they are dealing with in regards to Mr. Santos offered services. Santos M. Mr. Todd, thanks for your review! God bless you and may you have a good health and long life because God says" treat evil with good". My reply in full as follows: Mr. Santos.. You keep digging this hole deeper. Very curious! This is apparently your version of "good" or doing good....? The above review may have been a bit harsh but not without reason and was accurate. I invited you onto my property for a simple bid via YELP along with others that replied as you did. I did not treat you unkindly in ANY regard. In fact, my first oral communication was very brief and not until your arrival. You demonstrated your incompetence in full by leaving without a communication/bid before referring to me as "evil" for calling you out on your poor attitude/response. A simple "no bid" text would have been more than sufficient. I am not sure what your issues are, perhaps you were just having a bad day?? The unprofessionalism and name calling is uncalled for. Actions and words have consequences. Its an arduous task trying to build a small business that treats total strangers with respect, and all of it based on a website without person to person referrals that could vouch for a tradesman's personal integrity. Good Luck with that! Sir, you are not allowed on my property at any time for any reason. There are are multiple security and surveillance cameras in my subdivision.

I am NOT recommending this company to anyone! I chose Lifetime Fence because of their "lifetime…read morewarranty" but getting them to Honor it is impossible. I've been trying to get two gate boards that are warped fixed since summer of 2025. I paid a premium for quality and service and received neither. Save your money and go elsewhere! BUYER BEWARE

Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. He was very friendly, thorough, and did a professional job. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. This company is a pleasure to work with, their quality of work is top notch, and they make me feel like a valued customer. Update: 4/29/2021: I found that the best way to get service after the sale, is to contact the office directly. Jimmy, the owner, is extremely responsive and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Lifetime Fence! Thank you! * The 2021 reviews were under an old profile which is no in use. I wanted to merge it with the updated 2024 review to reflect continuity with the same company under my current profile.

There are no shortcuts to quality…read more I have no doubt that you can find someone to build you a cheaper fence, but you will NOT find anyone who will build you a better, high quality, fence than Armando and his team. There are 1000 ways to cut costs in fencing. Cheaper hardware, lower grade lumber, lower quality stain, lower height, flimsy gates, and most importantly less experienced crews that are paid to build things FAST - not build things WELL. You get what you pay for. Not the least of which is a willingness to make changes and repairs to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. In my case I was concerned that the cut out for the tree limb was too close and did not allow enough room for growth. That part of the fence was IMMEDIATELY redone to my satisfaction. No argument. Armando gave a prompt estimate and there were no surprises or upcharges. Price quoted. Price paid. I have to give special admiration to Armando's gates. This gate is like no other fence gate I have used. The solid feel is sooooo satisfying, sometimes I have to close it more than once when I go through it!!! The construction crew was so efficient and job was done in good time. Crew was there every morning and worked until dusk every evening until it was done. No partial days and dividing time between jobs. High quality Sherwin Williams fence stain was used for the stain and the staining team missed nothing and had no overspray. This is a beautiful fence we will enjoy for years. I highly recommend Craftsman Fence and Deck without reservation.
