One of the sleds we'd brought with us to ride, was mechanically set-up and jetted to operate at Minnesota elevation and was, basically, "dead" in our Colorado mountains high-elevation. Super disappointing on Day #1, as not everyone could ride - and we only had one more day before the Minnesota family had to fly back home. The next morning, we went straight to Timberline Motorsports when the opened - looking for mercy - and boy! did we get some! We asked if they could immediately work us in (help!) so that everyone could ride on our last day in the mountains. These guys saved our vacation! Awesome mechanic, did a quick troubleshoot, diagnosed the problem and identified parts that would work (on this older sled), and had the thing running great in less than an hour. Absolutely top-notch! And when they handed us the invoice, we couldn't believe how reasonable it was... MUCH less than we expected, for emergency service! So nice of them to understand our plight, take care of everything, and not take advantage price-wise. All of us left there super-impressed with this shop and the folks who run it. In Jan, the sled still hadn't arrived so I found another sled for sale, purchased it, and called them to cancel my snowcheck. Mike was very rude, and refused to refund my deposit. I informed him of Visa's policy which allows for chargebacks made within 90 days of cancelled deposits/payments made on merchandise that hasn't been received. He refused to refund my deposit, so I'm now dealing with my bank. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

Well 6.5 months later my bike is in worse shape than when i brought it in! What does this neanderthal think? Every time i called to see how far along its going he tells me I'm short staffed! I even brought him a potential worker! And all summer he kept telling me Im short staffed then he told me his mother had a stroke! I DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF IT! Total incompetent mechanic. I did bring my dirt bike tire in once! he didnt even remove the spike that popped it in the first place so i drove to my riding spot 50 miles, as soon as i started to ride the back tire went flat! Mind you it was my day off and I even told them to pull the spike OUT! Please do not do business with this person as I had The worst moto shop experiance of my life! All the snowmobiles were well maintained and serviced. The guide was very helpful and knew exactly how to get me out of the deep snow when I "crashed" which was a relief. The best part was being able to free roam on our snowmobiles in this large valley floor for 30 mins. Everyone could rest or explore on their own which was really cool. The experience was very fun and scenery was breathtaking. We transversed all throughout the backside of the Purgatory ski resort which we experienced beautiful snow covered trails, wildlife, and we got to stop at an outdoor shelter, which gave everyone a warmup, rest break, and some hot chocolate to keep us going. Id suggest bringing snacks or sandwiches as this tour is 2 hours as some were hungry. Overall: Highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for absolute fun!

We called and talked with Nicole, she helped us with what we needed to do with the towing situation. Once our bike finally got to the shop, they diagnosed the problem that day and ordered our part. It was a few days waiting for the part, but they were on it. The mechanics there know their business (kind of important). I am unapologetic to expect the best treatment for our bike (you know, no scratches, treat it like a baby, etc.). Let's be honest, we all look for that. Don't buy anything from them, go to Sun or somewhere else. Service after the sale will make or break a business, I received no service after the sale!
