I went in for a hair treatment and…read moreblowout - I asked Melissa to give me a treatment for my dry scalp and she just recommended the deep conditioner knowing i needed the scalp treatment. Melissa was the only person available for a blowout and that's the only reason why i saw her. My hair was completely straight after my blowout. Not a single curl. She then had to use the curling iron to give me curls and i knew my curls were going to drop within the hour because i only wanted my hair curled through a blowout. After leaving unimpressed with my hair i noticed my scalp was completely dry and flaky. It's never been that dry before. I go back i side and talk to someone else who recommended i buy a scalp treatment and apologized because i should have gotten it before my blowout by melissa. I'm not a hair stylist. I'm not the one who is supposed to know ow what's best for a dry scalp, if I'm asking my stylist what is best she should know to recommend the scalp treatment. I accidentally tipped her an amount way too large and didn't even notice until i got home because i was so pissed off. My scalp is so dry and my hair is completely straight. Not a single curl. (I'm naturally curly) Very disappointing service and i think melissa needs proper training.

Before we started I told her that I'd rather we err on the side of dark rather than going too light. I also told her I wanted low maintenance highlights, as I go awhile between appointments. After 4 hours in the chair, I left with bright and incredibly brassy money pieces. They change the whole look AND they start about an inch and a half away from my hairline. This was the most I've ever paid for my hair and the least I've ever liked it, and I've been highlighting my hair for 7 years now.

He came highly recommend by two friends. Paul did an excellent job. He asked me about my hair and we developed a plan for my cut. I was pleased with his attention to detail. I love my new haircut. Today, I returned for a highlight by Keeley. Keeley also was referred by a friend whose highlights have been looking amazing latley! I was greeted again by friendly staff and offered beverages at 8 am. Keeley, like Paul asked what I was going for. She also took note of the concerns I had. My highlights look natural. I reached out to Trinh on Yelp and she was extremely flexible with scheduling, informative, and even more personable once I came in for my appointment. Since then, I've become a repeat customer and she's always very flexible with scheduling my refills. Trinh is honestly probably the only person that I will ever go to for eyelash extensions. I've gotten numerous compliments on my eyelashes. She absolutely customizes the extensions to suit your features and your style. She's great about explaining the techniques, she's easy to talk to, but you also have the option to nap since the first time getting extensions can take like 2 hours. I've heard from other people who get extensions elsewhere that they could feel the weight of their extensions, see the glue on their lashes, or that their lashes were damaged after getting extensions. Trinh truly takes the time and uses quality materials so that none of that has happened to me. I don't even notice the extensions unless I happen to be checking them out, everyone tells me how natural the extensions look, and I can still tell that my natural lashes are still healthy and long (just sad and straight without Trinh's extensions). Overall, highly recommend Trinh's salon. I haven't gotten my hair done here yet, but I'm sure I would in the future.

I am super picky when it comes to my hair because I've gotten it lightened before at other places that completely botched my hair and made it bronze. Trinh worked her magic and in about 2 hours and ONE session I got my hair to the color I wanted. I liked her technique and how she applied the color in layers and gave it depth. It came out soooo amazing. The salon was cute and stylish and Trinh herself was amazing and so fun to talk to. I definitely will be going back because I found my new hair salon!

Tory, whose hair looked like what I wanted on my head, asked me questions about what I wanted, played with my hair, talked about styles, products, and our dogs, then worked her magic.
