But when you want a beer in your neighborhood and you don't want to deal with a crowd, come here. They did have a good tap list. Not the biggest selection I've ever seen in a bar, but there were some very good options on tap - local things, stronger things, etc. If you refuse to settle for the usual Stallis selection of Miller Lite, Bud Lite, etc. etc. you'll still find something to drink here. I think I remember getting a pint of something good from Lakefront? And, the whiskey pours I got on my first visit here were phenomenal, and very generous. As a whiskey lover, I often go out and order whiskey neat. I wasn't expecting to have much choice in the whiskey I ordered, but ended up getting three very generous pours of three different worthwhile bourbons. So to conclude, this place isn't the fanciest, and the name makes me cringe (anyplace with a Z where an S belongs is usually not a place I'll consider going) - but it turns out, it's a worthwhile neighborhood bar, and I'll definitely be back.

A nice, long bar with all dark wood and modern fixtures and lighting go a long way. Every once in a while, they do live music, here. I've played here before (once as CHL and once as Maxine's).
