If "0" stars was available as a choice, I'd rate them 0. The cleaners were great when I first hired…read morethem for a monthly cleaning, but have since really gone downhill. I was allotted 4 hours of cleaning for $122.00. I don't mind when someone is done early as long as they do what I pay them to do, however, the last time a cleaner named Amanda came to my house, she spent ONE HOUR and missed an entire room. The cleaning job was so bad, I had to go behind her and clean floors, scrub tubs, etc. When I let the owner, Mason, know about it, he assured me that my money would be refunded for that "cleaning". That was on May 2nd. It's now May 22nd and no sign of the refund, which makes me question their integrity. I would not recommend Hattiesburg Maids, aka: 'Lofty Prospect Properties, LLC.

This is my first time ever shopping at A&J rentals. When I first walked into the building I found…read morethat there was an amazing variety of products. I can't just say furniture because there was so much more. They have things like sofas, tables, loveseats, lamps, fridges, washers, dryers, mirrors, chairs and so much more. The selections and varieties are endless. You could choose from Victorian, to eccentric, even shabby chic. I am more Victorian with a splash of modern. I tend to choose more neutral colors whereas I used to go with more earth tones. I really wanted to go with the very fabulous yellow couch that matches my personality, but I think my husband said I was bright enough to not only light our house but possibly our entire neighborhood. So we went with a more contemporary Victorian piece. I guess the dinner parties outweigh the noon tea piece I was looking at. Ha ha. Anyway... The customer service was impeccable! As soon as we walked in we were greated by a lady behind the counter. Then Mr. Gordon, Mr. Malcolm, and Mrs. Carolyn helped us throughout the entire process. They offer 90 days same as cash, or even monthly installments. I chose to pay in full today. It's very nice that they have different options. The place was neat and clean, very well lit, and comfortable as far as temperature. There was nice upbeat music playing throughout the establishment. It was just the right volume to where you could peacefully browse and it not bore into your thoughts or having to scream over it. The prices were extremely reasonable. They also loaded the furniture onto our personal trailer and wrapped it to keep it from getting damaged on the way home. They also offer delivery. All in all I would totally recommend!
