Was given a window of two hours when the person would be at the house. My wife and I both took off work to be at the house for the measurements. The person failed to show up or call. I called and spoke to someone at the office and eventually one of the owners called me back. He apologized for the worker for not showing up on time and then hung up on me. Later the same owner of the company texted my wife and said that he was not interested in doing business with customers who expected the job to be done correctly. Wow!!!! Definitely go somewhere else!! Quality Flooring?? Not at all!!

I should add an installation video to my website listed below on ways to deal with out of square alcoves and other unforeseen issues. All were reasonalby priced, durable, a cinch to install and tile over and the customers were very pleased with the finished product.
