Went in for an appointment. The receptionist was a doll. but a stylist came along saying "oh i…read moredon't do short hair." so im guessing she was an apprentice? or new? After i was in the chair and selected my style, she repeatedly asked me if i "really wanted to go that short"in a snarky tone. Maybe she was having a bad day, or crying because i noticed her face was super puffy. But anyways wish i could've gotten someone more experienced in customer service and hair in general. Wouldn't recommend.

Her past experiences have been basic run of the mill cost cutters, etc. so, I decided to take her to where I get my hair done. Olivia was her stylist and the two of them discussed what she wanted. My daughter even had a photo of the long layered style she wanted. Olivia gave her the full experience of wash, cut, blow dry, and style with using the curling iron. My daughter was so excited to be treated as if she was grown. Olivia did a great job! My daughter and I both loved the end result! The price was fantastic, only $30. We have found a new salon for my daughter to have her hair done. This salon offers many services and is located conveniently on Scenic Drive in Pass Christian, just beneath Hotel Pass Christian. They have massage services, facials, manicure and pedicures and so much more.

And charges an outrageous amount of money! I found out she charges 3 times the amount of what other stylist charge. And that's not including the tip! No I would not recommend this place. Yeah it's convenient but you're also paying for that convenience. Long Beach ms is not the only place that cuts hair.

The design, especially the "S" swirl, came out very messy and uneven instead of clean like the picture. Two of my nails are also noticeably crooked, which is really disappointing after paying for a full set. The experience itself also wasn't great. The person doing my nails was pretty aggressive, which made the appointment uncomfortable. They spent a lot of time on their phone, and the salon felt very disorganized. It was also extremely cold inside, there was no music playing, and although there were TVs, only two were on and nothing was playing, making the atmosphere feel awkward. Overall, I don't feel like I received the quality or experience I was expecting. I hope they improve both their customer service and attention to detail.
