I took my three year old one year old and my nine year old brother here to pick blueberries today with my mom. The woman we met with and interacted with was not very kind. She spoke in a tone that made my mom want to leave. My three year old was very excited and wanted to run not ever seeing a cattle guard he fell in it and she did not ask if he was okay she scolded him and barked at him to stay off of it. My three year old son is very big for his age and I told her that sorry he's only three and he's excited. She offered him a pale to put his blueberries in. There were two buckets stuck together. She got short with him and barked only take one! I told her sorry it appears they are stuck. We grabbed the pale and proceeded to walk away from her because at this point it was making me sad how she was talking to my son. She barked "Do you even know where you're going?? You can't just let them run all Willy nilly!" As I'm walking hand in hand with my son and my brother is right next to me with a bucket on his head. She was annoyed that he had it on his head. My brother is autistic so his normal behaviors were not normal by her standards. She glared and my mom said I don't think this is going to be a good day for the kiddos. So we left. Her tone, her words, and her glares made us feel not welcome. We were just trying to have a fun day picking blueberries while also mourning the fresh loss of a grandfather this morning. read more

We pick blueberries here every year, sometimes more than once a season. . Today we went to pick and the man there showed us where to pick. I had my kids with me. All of a sudden a lady is screaming across the farm "are you seriously picking those.." very very loud. Yelling the entire way people were looking at us. It was humiliating. She comes running over and I said yes we were told we could pick here, she said "oh whoops my bad I thought you were picking other ones. Those are actually ok" I mean isn't it pretty much common sense that you pick the blue ones. It was rude, Embarrassing and it ruined our entire experience. We had planned on picking 2-3 gallons. We picked 1 quickly and left. Sadly we will not be back ever. I recommend this place to so many people. Never again. Rude people ruin businesses. read more
