The cashier I dealt with was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, RUDE cashier I've ever met. I came in to dry clean some jacket and was picking up my shorts I had cleaned the week before. I gave her (the cashier) my first name and she couldn't find it. I then gave her my last name and she found it while replying "if you don't know your name, then we don't either." She proceeded to throw my jackets in a bag on the floor giving no care whatsoever. When I went to pay, they only accepted cash (another inconvenience) and when I came back in I caught her speaking bad about me to one of the other unfriendly employees. She was saying something to the effect about how "these people expect us to know their names, etc." I will NEVER step foot in this place again. What kind of business speaks bad about their customers? I'll be taking my clothes to dry clean the next town over.
