These are the primary reasons this company needs to have employees who LOVE this line of work readably available to answer any questions. I couldn't find anyone to help me. At every corner that turned, I ran into another box of inventory that needed to be put up. I had to walk to the front of the store to attempt to get some help from the cashier. She pointed me in the right direction but she did not go the extra mile to get another employee to assist me since she didn't seem to be able to leave the register. The variety is great. The prices are just ok. I am not sure that Party city has much competition in this city so customers may not be too effective by the price. There were cute "nick nacks" and "grab bag" stuffers that were at great prices but overall I didn't see many sales or deals. The store was not too clean. I was extremely surprised. The floors were dirty, the shelves weren't neat and I was over all of the boxes of inventory that needed to be sorted through. I would return but it would be a last resort.

Communication is exceptional.  They arrive early to do and prep to ensure a prompt arrival time.  They were already fully booked, but worked us into a time slot that was mutually beneficial. We originally booked with another company and paid a deposit, only to have that company call the day of and tell us they accidentally double booked and cancel.  Our daughter is disabled and was devastated. Ebony and Enchanted Parties saved the day.   This wasn't a birthday party, it was a "Just Because" booking.  But much makes our daughter happy, but Enchanted Parties hit a home run.  Ariel spent an hour with our daughter poolside.  She was rolled in on her shell chair and had her treasure box loaded with gizmos, gadgets and thingymabobs.  She went through those, talking about each one.  Next she talked about Pronce Eric, her sisters her dad and her life.  There were bubbles galore.  We listened to some songs and then she read some books etc.  They really are prepared to tailor the experience to your specific needs  Did I mention BUBBLES. HUUUGE BUBBLES!!  Ebony is the bubble queen!  Ebony coordinates the entire experience and works to keep random people at a reasonable distance so that your princess can focus on your special person.   I cannot rave enough about this experience!  A few tips: 1.  If you're a parent and you happen to see a character engagement, please be respectful and keep your children at an observable distance so the team can focus on their engagement.  2. Please don't walk up to the team and take photos without first asking for permission.  Again, this interrupts the Enchanted Parties team and the experience someone has paid for.   3. (This happened to us today,  so I'm going to mention it. ) If you are an adult man or woman, don't stand and gawk or make rude comments about the event or team. That's just disrespectful.  Keep your commen to yourself.  Ebony will definitely ask people to move along to minimize distractions from your experience.  With Enchanted Parties, you can't go wrong.  There's a reason they are booked by many resorts.  They are very good at what they do.   Value for the money: Did I get what I paid for?  Absolutely, and then some. They went above and beyond. For the first time during our week-long vacation, our disabled child smiled, laughed and enjoyed herself.  That's priceless! Give them a call, an email or inquiry on their website and tell them Charles sent you. You'll be glad you did.
