We went with a large group on a Saturday afternoon. The property is very scenic and peaceful. The staff there are friendly. You can book a tour a week out only so check Sundays for dates open. It was only $10 cash only. They take vegetables and fruit for donation to the animals. They give you food to feed the alpacas, it was alot of fun. Lots of different animals there but the stars were the alpacas. They had Santa there and were charging $10 pp to take a picture with your own phone, I thought that was really steep. $40 for a family of 4 to just take a picture with their own phone. The gift shop was really cute , lots of nice items (most from their own alpaca wool) . We plan on going back in the summer, definitely recommend.

Sarah was our tour guide and was informative, friendly and very patient. the alpacas are adorable and happy to see visitors. we got to feed them and take pictures. Pay attention to the farm rules and you will have a blast. we got to see goats, donkeys. chickens, bunnies and piglets. storm the horse has a found a loving home here at the farm. the farm is incredibly clean and we can't wait to go back. thank you to all involved with this magical place. such a great time .

Super fun experience. Rabbits, emu, alpacas, chickens, mini donkeys, goats, pigs, and sheep. You get a bag of feed when you get there to feed the alpacas.

Decent value for families. Staff and alpacas we're friendly. Lots of opportunities for family photos. Plenty of animals to pet: alpacas, dwarf goats, and baby pigs. The porta potties were very clean. Cleanser then many actual business that have bathrooms. Gift shop was good.

#249 This place is perfect for family time! A beautiful farm for Alpacas ! It lives up to the reviews! The owners take care of the Alpacas and are very educated! We went in the spring and they have baby piggies ! So cute ! This pace is very clean and worth the drive ! They have a nice gift shop with special gifts. You get to touch all the Alpaca and feed them !

Snyder's Farm - Funnel cakes from the food trucks

Cash only place but they do have an ATM onsite with small service fees!…read more At least when I went on October 1st. It was $20(Kinda Pricey) for entrance but it includes a good amount of things to do. I added a picture that lists what all is included. When you arrive, there's a hay ride that takes you to the festival from the parking lot! Very kid friendly and lots of photo opportunities. My favorite part was the corn maze and the pumpkin patch. There are a few things that aren't included in the price. I saw a pumpkin cannon launcher that was extra and it was pretty cool to watch! The food isn't amazing and a bit pricey but it's to be expected really at something like this! They had BBQ, lemonade stand, funnel cakes, Playa Bowls and one of the food trucks had seafood. Over all a good experience to visit once a year with larger group on nice fall day, support your local farms and farmers!

Always a fun time at Snyger's Farm Fall Festival in Somerset, NJ. Snyders has so much for kids to…read moredo. A huge slide with a corn pit, a corn maze, hayrides, pumpkin picking, food trucks, and so much more. Pro tips 1. Bring cash, they are cash only. $20 per person to get into the fall festival, there's usually a line because everyone wants to go, and if you forgot cash there is an ATM but the line for thr ATM seems even longer than the entrance line. Bring more than you think, it can get expensive, pumpkins are sold per pound. 2. Bring an extra bag. They do not allow large bags or coolers, however, there are food trucks, and if you'd like to purchase extra to bring home, the trucks do not have bags. It was difficult to walk around with several funnel cakes, drinks, candy apples, fried oreos etc without dropping anything. An extra bag would have been helpful. 3. Dress in layers. It gets cool quickly in the evening but during the day if it's sunny, it could feel comfortable or hot.
