Persistence! If I…read morehad to describe Chris in one word it would be persistent! After hiring one "web designer" to put my website on the internet Chris called to advise me that, at best, all I had out there was a Business Card on line. There was nothing there to allow anyone to find the web page, it would never appear on any search engine. He convinced me to hire him to get my website found and make it a productive tool for our firm. After much thought I finally did it. He took the time to explain to me what he needed; he told me that he wanted me to start a blog. A blog, what the heck is a blog? It was Chris that pushed me and taught me to write one. He put my blog in my web page. He told me how to write it, what "key words" were needed in order to help my website to get found. Then he came to me and suggested that I put a video or two on the website. "Video? This guy's got his hand in my pocket," I thought! What kind of video am I going to produce? It finally came to me, put up short videos of my practice! Almost the very day the first video was posted I got my first phone call from someone that told me our web page appeared at the top of the search engine! Chris was honest, persistent and helpful. If you need a web page put together, he's the guy I'd recommend. - S.Wiggs, Colorado Tax Solutions www.coloradotaxsolutions.com

I have printed photographs I've taken, I've gotten my photos turned into postcards, printed a restored 80 year old photo of my grandparents... and most recently, I had Scott's print my wedding invitations. They have done a wonderful job of printing all of my projects. They take time to talk to me about what I'm looking for, make recommendations about paper choices, are good at communicating, responding, and are just generally really nice people! And the print quality and color look great. Highly recommend this place, and love that in this rural mountain community, quality printing is just a drive to Montrose away.

Do NOT use Prestige Events for your wedding. We have been talking to Thomas at Prestige for months…read more We had an agreement with him to provide tables and chairs, a sound system and a photo booth for a very small wedding at Ridgway State Park. He was late, so we called. He said he was 20 minutes away. We called again. Again, he was just a few minutes away. I called at 11:25 (he was supposed to be there at 9:30). I asked him if we needed to make other arrangements. He said, no. He was about ten minutes away. An hour later, I tried to call again- but he would not pick up his phone. HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!! We had no tables, chairs, sound system... NOTHING. He lied to both me and my daughter all morning, saying he was on his way. He lied every single time. I understand if you're in over your head, dude. But, don't leave a customer with NOTHING, and lie about it all damn day.

As frustrating as that was having no internet, they sent James to help us same day. He was excellent and he re-hooked our Spectrum back up so we weren't without service. Upon returning from vacation, I called to get the ClearNetworx service hooked up. James came out again and within a short period of time we were hooked up properly. He tested our streaming, worked great, then looked at our Ring doorbell, made sure it was all working correctly. We were so happy to have James and his exceptional customer service skills (As well as his great technical skills). James is very good at his job and we really appreciated his help!! Employees like James are why we will tell our friends to switch to ClearNetworx.
