I have printed photographs I've taken, I've gotten my photos turned into postcards, printed a restored 80 year old photo of my grandparents... and most recently, I had Scott's print my wedding invitations. They have done a wonderful job of printing all of my projects. They take time to talk to me about what I'm looking for, make recommendations about paper choices, are good at communicating, responding, and are just generally really nice people! And the print quality and color look great. Highly recommend this place, and love that in this rural mountain community, quality printing is just a drive to Montrose away.

We hired Property Pros Photography to photograph our Airbnb property which is located in…read morePlacerville Colorado. It's a remote area outside of Telluride. After the photographers completed the job Christina (presumably the owner) sent us their file of photos and it was the wrong file that contained a bunch of horrible shots of the house! It was basically their "junk" file. That was mistake #1 which left us with a feeling of regret instantly. After we finally got the correct file of photos, we discovered that they missed an entire room of the house!!! Sadly we paid them very quickly and before we discovered that they missed an entire room of the house. That was our mistake. When we brought this to their attention Christina did not even apologize and outright refused to go back to the house to finish the job! Christina was very rude and unprofessional in her communications on this subject. She and her team also did not accurately show ALL angles of each room which is absolutely critical when you are marketing an Airbnb property and expect people to book your place sight unseen. We are highly disappointed with the $650 we paid. We gave our address up front to everyone we interviewed so they could map out the location & make sure they wanted the job. We wanted to make sure everyone could quote us an accurate price, with the drive time considered! After they completed the job, Christina wanted to charge us more than quoted because the drive was longer than they expected. Thankfully she realized that was their mistake and they should have mapped their drive time before accepting (and quoting) the job. We did not pay more than what was quoted, but the fact Christina even suggested we should pay more than what was quoted was not professional in my opinion. We will not be using this company again and we do not recommend them. If you do want to give them a try, (since choices are limited in this remote area) make sure you spell out even the most obvious of expectations or you will likely end up disappointed like we are.
