I found her story amazing. I've suffered with several issues associated with MS with the worst being facial nerve pain. I've seen 4 different neurologists over the years with lots of medications resulting in no relief from the never ending pain. I ordered my piece and didn't think much of it. Less than five minutes later I got an email that said it was processing. About two hours after that, I got a notification saying my order had shipped. It arrived at my house in 18 hours. Granted, I live in the same state, but I didn't realize that when I ordered. My name plate is beautiful. It also came professionally packed with the name plate on one side and the screws on the other side, pointedly placed to prevent scratches. I spent 1 hour…read morewith Rodney Fitzhugh who reviewed a portion of my reverse mortgage documents after which he told me that he would mail me the documents I needed after 3 days. Today is the 17th and I still have not received the document. I called him 2 days ago and left message asking him about the document that he told me he would email me. He returned my call today. During our conversation today by phone, he implied that he could not clearly remember which option was the least risk for me. I then reminded him that I was there for one hour with him on the 4th and that he should have taken notes or a note reminding him of which decision he had made on my behalf and that he had a fiduciary obligation to me as his client to do so. He got upset at that and I got upset at him and told him he was an (expletive) after telling me that I should find another attorney. I strongly recommend those of you reading this review to find someone else to help you with mortgage concerns. When I first went in to see this guy, I vented about something that had nothing to do with him but with some other issue having to to do with my being a full time caregiver and his response to that was very unprofessional as well. He treated me like some young kid which I am not. Didn't show any sense of compassion for what I was talking about and I sort of knew at that point that this lawyer and I were not compatible but I paid him for my visit that day anyway. Very unprofessional with no regard for agreed upon timelines. This guy is an unfeeling, rude passive aggressive. Stay away.
