Thanks Maht. I would love to reply to your statements:…read more"I am sorry after all these years you still feel this way. Interesting you waited 4 years to write a review. I am sorry it wasn't to your expectations." When another company comments they have seen similar work from you, I decided to post so that people know what they are getting into. Besides, reviews from good friends & your wife (Angela) are not really unbiased reviews (and against YELPs policy). "I sacrificed other projects to meet your deadline. You had many parts at cost on top of the discount, and went back and looked to confirm this. The rack looked sloppy to get it done before the party, it would have easily been another two maybe three full days of labor, about 20 hours. You had no interest in paying me for my time." So after paying you $88,000, I was expected to pay another $2,500 (20hrs @$125hr) to make work, your company (which fired the employee during the job) didn't do??? Did you forget all the delays from the city on the projection screen? Maht, YOU were the one that recommended the latest automated screen, the first in the nation! It's not my problem the city wanted to make sure it was up to codes... most contractors understand this and would have thought ahead to get the appropriate documentation. "I am glad you found someone else to help you, I hope this time you remember you can't have fast, cheap and good, pick two! 4 months & $88,000 during the winter months. What part of this says fast or low budget? "Please don't put words in my mouth I never said you use it too much, that is simply not true." Two weeks, no repair, and my laptop came back damaged. Avoid this shop…read more I brought in an Intel MacBook with charging and logic board issues. Apple's Genius Bar had already diagnosed it, and I brought their written diagnosis, the part numbers, and a repair process I had researched. Before going in, I called to confirm they offered this repair and was told to bring it in. At the shop, I was told a diagnostic fee was required, cash only, and I was given no receipt for the payment. I wasn't comfortable leaving my device, but I felt pressured and paid. I was told I'd get an update within two days. Timeline 9/9: Dropped off the device. 9/11: Got a call that suggested they weren't sure which device was mine. I was told the technician was still working on it. 9/17: I called for an update and got the same answer. Later that day they said they would try new charging ports, even though I had told them at drop-off (and Apple's diagnosis noted) that this had already been tried and ruled out. They said they'd text me a list of other parts to order. I never received it. 9/18: After I followed up by text, they said they couldn't repair it. I said I'd pick it up and was told to come between 6 and 7 pm. I texted during that window and got no response. 9/19: Went to the store and was told the device would arrive that evening. I followed up before closing and was told to come back the next day. 9/20: Texted to ask if it had arrived and was told to come the following day. 9/23: After I mentioned filing a police report, I was told it was at the store and I could pick it up. The laptop came back with scratches on the lid, missing screws, and cross-threaded screws. None of this was present when I dropped it off. Photos attached. In total: a cash-only fee with no receipt, missed promises, unanswered messages, no repair, and damage to my property. I would not recommend this shop.

Megan also helped me mix and match shoes, scarves and other accessories - I didn't know I had so many possibilities at my fingertips. I realized I was holding on to items I thought were important because of their cost or sentimental value. Megan is really a wardrobe therapist, never telling me that I could not or should not keep something, but walking me through the necessary steps to eliminate pieces that were, in reality, cluttering my space and my ability to dress efficiently. Today my closet is neat and organized. I know what I own and what pairs well together and I can get dressed quickly and feel confident. No changing outfits over and over! Megan also helped me make a list of a few key items that would benefit my wardrobe - little things that won't cost much but have a big impact. Thank you, Megan.
