Yes they did if fact they stated they even place their own detergent in there. I wasted 16 bucks on a water wash. The dry is best used 8 minutes wait till it's completely dry then place 50 cent to get a full 16 minute drying. If not you must enjoy wasting more money because if you put a dollar in there the machine will deduct 4 minutes for inconvenience fee. So instead of 16 minutes for a dollar your get 12 minutes for a dollar. Hope this helps someone or hopefully they will fix the issue if not the owner will have more money in there pocket.

We literally had to wring our clothes out by hand before drying them. The dryers we used were sub par and required excessive drying time, as they seemed to take a long time to dry. The place is really clean. I really think they should consider adding a public restroom as doing laundry can be time consuming. Customers should be able to have a bathroom and sink to use ,especially for hand washing after dealing with unclean laundry.

I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

Can't believe I didn't know it was here after all Joe's To Go is next door. When you don't use it, you don't know it's here. ‍ As I entered the parking lot , I noticed it was full but after getting out my car I noticed the traffic is more so at the gas station and Joe's To Go. There was one customer waiting with her small kids. I looked for the large washer and confirmed the price. You can tell I've never used a laundromat before. There are 2 change machines , laundry detergent machine and laundry bag machine. I brought my own laundry detergent. The cost to wash a large comforter is $8.25. The cost to dry is .25 and that's for 7 minutes. With this comforter I'll need more time say like 30 min but then again maybe not bc it's on "high heat" . The interior was clean. The floors mopped ... There is 1 bathroom shared with male/female. 5 folding tables. 16 dryers... 17 washers...4 rolling carts.... If you want or need snacks, gas station is next door, however, There is a NO FOOD/DRINK sign posted on the front door. Signs are posted throughout the facility "Please remove Your Laundry As Soon As Machine Finishes" . It's also noted unattended clothing will be removed and the staff is not responsible for loss of clothing or damaged clothing. Overall, I was pleased considering I've never used a laundromat. I've heard how some can be dirty and supplies are limited to none. I will be back!

There's a TV and a bathroom. Speaking of which, I'd like to see the owners somehow grant access to the bathroom during non-businesses hours. Men have fewer requirements. Better it happen inside than outside where it will most certainly reek. IJS ‍. If you don't want a piss puddle at your back door, leave the bathroom code on the voicemail or something. If it's available, let me use it. Otherwise, no complaints. This is my first choice.
