My Dutch isn't very good, but he spoke perfect English (with a British accent) and was able to diagnose my condition. He also gave me the proper medication to treat the condition. I was surprised that he could dispense the drugs to me directly, but that is one way that Dutch medicine is different from American medicine. I was so pleased that he was able to see me right away--I literally walked in to his practice and was seen after 15 minutes sitting in the waiting room. I was afraid that the visit would cost an arm and a leg, but it didn't! I walked out paying a SMALL FRACTION of what CityMD has charged me in the past. Again, this is probably just Dutch medicine at work, but wow...
