Chips and queso also aren't worth the $8 unless you're good with weirdly lumpy sweet hot cheese with hot rotel and bland chips. Sorry, but I'm just being honest. The first game went fine, but halfway through our second game, an employee named Mary approached our lane and rudely demanded to know why I was using the disabled/child bowling ramp and a 7-pound bowling ball. I have an old wrist injury from high school that makes it difficult and painful for me to bowl without accommodations. When I tried to explain this, Mary became argumentative and continued to challenge my explanation rather than simply accepting it. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of our outing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no children waiting to use the ramp, and there was another ramp available in the arcade area. There was no shortage of equipment, so there was no reason for me to be questioned in the first place. As someone working in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect I received as a paying customer. Disabilities and injuries are not always visible, and customers should not be made to justify their need for accessibility equipment in front of others. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the way I was treated.

I asked if anyone else was working and they said no. Well they took care of my lane issue, but as the alley got busier and we went into the arcade.
