They were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves each time they were here. Kind and friendly. Would recommend them to family and friends needing concrete work. We had a third driveway and side yard concreted in and it looks so good. Every time we pull into the driveway my husband comments on how happy he is that we did this and didn't wait. Our neighbors used them a month or so later for a walk way and back porch and it looks great too. Have a few other projects we are thinking about hiring them for too.

Here is my update with Ark Ranch Construction. Last November, I made contact with the owner to…read moreredo the flooring in the kitchen and breakfast area. We had agreed on the cost and the floor material to be used. After a day or so, it was very evident this company had not done much floor replacement. The scuff marks on the new floor near the refrigerator and washing machine is deep enough in to floor material that even with an electric scrubber, the scuffs could not be removed. The transition point from the walkway to the kitchen has been loose and the screws on the metal plate to the back door is protruding at least 1/3 inches which is dangerous specially if one is not wearing slippers or shoes. I made contact early on there were issues that needed to be fixed but the mistake I made was paying him in full as I have gained his trust based on the previous work done in remodeling the kitchen. In addition to the flooring issue, I had him repair the master bathroom shower where the grout needed to be scraped and regrouted. After the work was done, again I paid him in full. However, a few days later, using the shower, the newly installed grout was coming off and somehow a water spot on the drywall started to appear. I have called him, texted him several times. There were call backs or email responded. It was for sure frustrating. I have learned my lesson. In the future I should make the final payment when I am absolutely sure the work has been done properly. This is my updated review, from a 5* review 2 years ago to a current 2* review. Be aware of this company.

However,…read morethey were working at a house on my street and while they were leaving one day, they gouged about a 10 to 12 inch slice through (and I do mean through, you can see through the bumper now) my neighbor's car bumper with their trailer. He knew he hit the vehicle, he got out to examine the damage and got back in and started driving off, I yelled, that he better stay or I'll call the cops, I think he heard me because he came back around the block and started asking if I had a way to contact them. It just seemed sketchy to me that he pulled off in the first place. Maybe 2 or 3 days later they were back and they had parked blocking my driveway. I went over and asked them to move and they said they'd move it in about 30 minutes. So I'm struggling trying to park near my house to get my groceries inside, I parked as close as I could, trying to stay out of the street so cars would still be able to pass and I accidentally scraped their truck a little, no more than a 2 inch scrape that barely chipped the paint. They decided to call the cops but not before they moved their truck. Had I known it was going to end that way, I wish I had called the police as soon as I realized they were blocking my driveway. Either way, we paid for the damages and my lesson is learned. This experience just made me question the company's integrity and moral values.
