While I shopped the last item a lady sweeping followed me and proceeded to ram me with her shoulder at the checkout. As I was checking out I asked the new lady cashier for the bags from my previous purchase and she started to yell at me to "just pay". Apparently, while they were watching me, someone else walked out with my bags. She called the manager, I produced my receipt and he quickly grabbed replacement items. Unfortunately, his actions aren't enough to ever have me go back, and I'm telling all the people I've ever recommended this place too.

I was picking up a book at the library and it's right next door, they advertised on the sign they have toiletries so I thought they might have toilet paper. I didn't see any so I asked. There was a woman filling a bag with ice cream and told the person behind the counter to get it from the back, the clerk was trying to ask her how much to charge, but she didn't respond and then she left. So the clerk comes back with one roll of toilet paper unwrapped like it was taken from their bathroom. I was like, ok, fine, thinking she might charge me .50¢ or $1. I also was buying a yerba mate drink. She rang it up and it was over $7, I asked how much the drink was she said $3.49, so you are charging me over $3 for a single roll of toilet paper, and she says yes. I said no, I will get toilet paper somewhere else, I am not paying you over $3 for a roll of toilet paper, that's insane. I gave her cash, she was still holding the money in her hand telling me I could get something else. I was so confused why she just didn't take that off, she had not put the money in the register, the transaction was not complete, she was still holding the money. I pointed at the money in her hand, and looked at her as if she was trying to make a simple situation hard. She kept repeating you can get something else, I've already rang it up. I wasn't about to argue with her in front of the small child sitting on the counter. So i said well can I get another drink? Still confused why she just didn't give me my money. So I just left with two yerba mate drinks, so strange. I went around the corner to another store and got 4 rolls of toilet paper in a package for $2.49. Seriously!

Most are under $10. There's also a special if you buy an x number of DVD's you get another one free. I forgot if it's 3, 4, or 5. The gaming section has N64 to today's PS3's. There are also used consoles for purchase along with used iPods.

I was in a location last night that had an item traded in. I was told it would be held for me as soon as the store opened today. The district manager who Goes by soto. Paid a visit to the store, saw the item, claimed it was full of cockroaches and took it with him. The item in question was not a system it was a halo special edition helmet which was inspected by my self and a store employee. It was dirty but had no cockroaches at all. This is not the only time he has done this. He's been rude to costumers, has a piss poor attitude and a superiority complex because of his position. I will not be going back to a game exchange that this man has anything to do with. Just so you know. If you have a rare video game worth money game exchange will buy it from you for far less than its value and then flip it on eBay and get full value of not more for it. You're better off selling your items on eBay.
