Trying to reach upper management is pointless--calls are never returned, and the corporate number provides no answers. Their providers are dishonest and unhelpful. This place feels like nothing more than a money grab, focused solely on pushing more and more medication instead of addressing real issues or listening to patients' needs. If I were in a truly dark place, this facility would have pushed me further over the edge rather than helping me out of it. They show no genuine care or compassion for their patients. The moment you raise valid questions or concerns, they label you as noncompliant, discharge you, and use it to cover themselves. Any sane place would fire that person on the spot. Secondly, I went for psychiatry and medication. Things started well with LISA CLOUTIER until relatively recently where things didn't seem to be noted in my chart and I would constantly have to reiterate each appointment. She would also frequently recommend outside treatments and then have zero knowledge of the workings of said things she was referring like Spravato, TMS, and ECT. She was weirdly pushy about trying to get me to do ECT. The final nail in the coffin is when LISA CLOUTIER couldn't discern a urinalysis test from a blood test. Their patient portal was also poorly engaged with where anything outside of a prescription refill warrants a billable appointment. That's convenient. EDIT: Don't bother calling the number they list. The person answering is extremely combative and will more than likely write you off as another crazy person in this field. They also told me they have discussed my case with regional supervisors and was told I would be a better fit elsewhere but didn't find out until this call. Here's what you can do instead: File a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. You can also file a complaint with the Florida Department of Health if you feel like doing so. Remember your medical rights. Supervisors and Regionals may run places like this but their are greater entities than them that they have to answer to. If you're looking to report a particular nurse practitioner you can also lookup their NPI number

I have been dealing with the doctor's office in Ruskin and it's the same sad situation. They claim that they call when they don't. They schedule appointments and then cancel them without your knowledge. When confronted, they change their stories and try to backtrack. I have requested a call from a supervisor and have left a message for their corporate compliance department. We will see if they will bother to call me back. Stay away from these people. I cannot believe that this is the way they allow themselves to conduct themselves. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. I told her that she was being unprofessional and explained to her that my job requires me to deal with medical provides on daily basis and that she was being unprofessional. I had a really disappointing experience with this practice when trying to get my ADHD medication. I…read morespent almost three months requesting a specific medication that I know I don't feel any side effects with, only to be told that I had to try five other brands first before they could prescribe anything "fast‑acting." I found out today from my insurance provider that this wasn't true at all and it could be authorized without preauthorization use of trying other brands first and that my VA doctors had no issues prescribing that. I Never had to go through the trials and tribulations of slow acting drugs that gave me terrible withdraws. Whether its because this is a major big brand practice and has deals with certain big pharmaceutical companies to prescribe specific medications or for other reasons of the doctors being specific on what they have to recommend, the experience was expensive, frustrating, extremely misleading and unhealthy for the withdraws to not lead anywhere. highly do Not recommended and would conduct further research and choosing any other providers in the area besides them.

Until my child turned 6 and started experiencing anxiety at school; my child's grades have always been outstanding my only issue was that after finishing her work she would hide to get away from the other children. I finally was introduced to Elite DNA and my child & I had an appointment relatively soon thru Skype. The psychiatrist was able to diagnose her based on the symptoms and what she was visually noticing during our call. As a parent I was devastated (Cried and All) but deep down I always knew. If you as a parent or guardian feel that your child needs help please reach out; don't allow them to be the best human being possible. I hope my review could help at least one person out there.
