Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. He fixed the sliding issue and replaced the handle, which had become loose over time because of the energy needed to open and close the door itself. After getting some pretty high estimates from her local places, I called Screen Monkey because they had just fixed mine for a reasonable price... I've spent that much on dinner. So I asked if they would give her an estimate. They said "sorry we don't go that far south" But after hearing the predicament this lady was in, Melissa said "let me get back to you". The next day she called and said she felt bad that this woman was being taken advantage. "We're going to do it". A couple of day's later they went about 20 miles out of their area and replaced a section (on the roof of the cage) and charged me an even better rate! ..Probably used 1/2 that (there and back) in gas...Talk about a fair and honest company..You'd be silly not to give them a call the next time you need any screen work...Frank N.
