I have had a wide variety of problems over the years. In the past they have actually lost several shirts. They have also ruined several shirts. The most recent proberlem just occured. I dropped off about 6 shirts to be laundered. Upon looking over the shirts, 2 of them were torn in the exact same place. I took them back and was called by Taylor. Her repsonse was that while it could have happen here, it was a result of wear and tear. I find it hard to beleive that on the same service 2 shirts would get destroyed at the exact same time, in the exact same place on the shirt. I also asked for the name of the owner, and was told that this information could not be shared. I think it is a terrble way to do business, not to share the owners name. I wonder what they are trying to hide. This is clearly not the way to operate a local business!! While other cleaners charge more, I would hope they they stand behind their serivices. I urge you NOT to use this store. Ruining 3 shirts in a matter of weeks is unacceptable!! This is not a customer friendly operation!!! Was told several times "she'll be in later today" or "she'll be in tomorrow." Nonsense. She doesn't have to be "in" to call if she already has pictures of my coat and knows what happened.
