Il cannolo è ok, niente di trascendentale, la ricotta non è liscia come al solito, sembra sia stata lavorata più grezza. La dolcezza è bilanciata. La scorza è croccante (non umida, quindi riempita da poco), ma secondo me troppo spessa e gnucca. Insomma buono, ma non IL cannolo.
