The front desk staff were surprisingly chill and efficient--I barely had time to finish my paperwork before they called me back. I've been to places in Queens where you're sitting there for an hour past your appointment time, but they really seem to respect your schedule here. The doctor I saw was awesome too. They actually listened to my concerns and explained things in plain English instead of just rushing out the door to the next patient. It's a huge relief to find a spot that has all the diagnostic stuff in-house so you don't have to run around to three different labs. If you're looking for a reliable spot in Kew Gardens, this is it.
